- Go to Alerts
- Select all the unacknowldged alerts
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select Acknowledge from the list of options

- Go to Alerts
- Select all the acknowledged alerts you would like to acknowledge
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select unacknowledge from the list of options
3. How to add note in multiple alerts at once
- Go to Alerts
- Select all the alerts in which you would like to add the note
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select Add note from the list of options shown
- Write in the note section
- Click on save
4. How to close multiple alerts in bulk
- Go to Alerts

- Click on Close showing next to three dots(...) to close all the selected alerts.
5. How to snooze multiple alerts in a go
- Go to Alerts
- Select all the alerts that needs to be snoozed

- Select Snooze from the list of options
6. How to add responder in multiple alerts
- Go to Alerts
- Select all the alerts for which responder has to be added
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select Add Responder from the list of options
- Enter the responder user name and click on OK.
7. How to add tag in multiple alerts
- Go to Alerts
- Select all the alerts for which responder has to be added
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select Add Tag from the list of options
- Enter the tag and click on OK.
8. How to take ownership of multiple alerts at once
- Go to Alerts
- Select all the alerts for which ownership has to be taken
- Click on three dots(...) showing next to close option
- Select Take Ownership from the list of options
- It should display "Ownership successfully taken" message
